    • A day of relaxation.

    Tuesdays

    • Wash hair day.
    • Remove polish, file, trim and re-paint.
    • Wash and dry laundry.
    • Focus on moisturising scalp.
    • Deep condition hair.
    • Overnight mask.

    Mini goals:

    - Record outfits for youtube.
    - Organise clothes- warm clothing for the week.
    - Do the decluttering on instagram.

    Wash bedding.

    - Work with the russian hat.
    - Wash warm clothes for work.
    - Wear clothes that you really like-more often!
    - Dress how you truly want.
    - Put 'summer' going out t-shirts away.

    Every Night:

    - De-tangle hair.

    - Moisturise hair.
    - Braid hair.
    - Prepare for your day; the night before.
    - Prepare clothes the night before.

    Daily:

    - Meal plans on instagram every morning.
    - Decide on the things that you need to do the day before- to prevent tasks from eating into your time of getting ready.
    - Prepare clothes the night before.
    - Bath at a good time.
    - Get ready in time.

    Research:

    - Look into 'how to improve your bone health'.
    - Look into rotating nutritious foods into my diet-to benefit my health.
    - Look into ways to increase your skills for career progression.

    Health Reminder:

    - Drink more milk for your bones.
    - Get more iron into your diet.
    - More fiber into diet.
    - Watch the doctor videos.
    - Take vitamins (C, D and probiotic).
    - What is your blood lacking?
    - Get to sleep earlier.

    - Work on beating fatigue and tiredness.
    - Get more protein into my diet.
    - Eat at reasonable times.

    Shopping:

    - Stock up on cereal.

    - Start planning warm meals for Autumn (lunch for work- yum! :p)
    - Look into meal prepping!
    - Set some work and career future goals!

    Skills to Enhance

    - Doing things/ taking new opportunities that enhance my belief system that I can do anything and I must believe in myself more.

    Life Purpose

    - To be that guidance for other people, the guidance that I never had when I was young.

    - Create a space that is less anxious, relaxing so I am able to sleep without looking at clutter.

    - Read 'how to be a grown up'.

    - Start thinking about the things that I want to do in my adulthood.
    - Organise money.
    - Get a 2nd income- ways you can get paid.
