Pamper Myself

  • Take care of body.
  • Give myself a new fresh manicure.
  • Moisturise hands at night.
  • Hydrate my body.
  • Drink tons of water.
  • Use toner and cleanser on face at night.
  • Journal at night.
  • Make notes on the new tasks to design your life.
  • Update my yearly goals.
  • Look over my yearly goals.
  • Work towards my goals.
  • Make notes on my goals.
  • Drink herbal tea.
  • Attend to my morning list.
  • Plan upcoming outings.
  • Health

    • Blueberry smoothie.
    • Eat Orange.
    • Eat apple.
    • Snack on grapes.
    • Eat more fruits throughout the day.
    • Go to places to avoid being in that person's presence.
    • Get good rest.

    • Make notes from the saved bookmark on my phone.
    • Clear up storage on my mobile phone.
    • Complete the Spanish exercise on my laptop.

    Take Care Of Yourself

    • Do gentle stretches daily and a mini workout.
    • Moisturise hair.

    • Unwind for bed, get ready for bed at 2:30am and sleep before 3:30 am (for better skin).
