Sunday Mornings, get 6 hours sleep:

- Review goals early, Saturday night.
- Sleep by midnight.
When staying over
- Plan enough outfits.
- At home.
Saturday- after work
- At home.
- Bath early.
Make a plan on essential nutrients to eat.
- Anywhere.
- Google essential nutrients to eat
- Educate yourself.
Layering Cloud- after bath
- At Home.
- Evening- moisturise with coconut cream.
- After period.
Remove/set a pricing:
- Anywhere.
- Check the lowest pricing.
- Remove off all sites.
- Do at home.
