Jazz Club.
  • Before go out.
  • Share fragrance with brother.

Review Goals:

  • At home.

Sunday Mornings, get 6 hours sleep:

  • At home.
  • Review goals early, Saturday night.
  • Sleep by midnight.

When staying over

  • Plan enough outfits.
  • At home.

Saturday- after work

  • At home.
  • Bath early.

Make a plan on essential nutrients to eat.

  • Anywhere.
  • Google essential nutrients to eat
  • Educate yourself.

Layering Cloud- after bath

  • At Home.
  • Evening- moisturise with coconut cream.
  • After period.

Remove/set a pricing:

  • Anywhere.
  • Check the lowest pricing.
  • Remove off all sites.
  • Do at home.
