My Time Is Valuable
Hey,
I want to start dedicating my time to better things, in order to stop wasting my time on pointless things that add no value.
Work Routine:
Aim to get into bed at 10:30pm.
Organisation:
- Organise sanitary towels into drawers.
Learning:
- Complete the Spanish learning course.
Spiritual:
- Go to online Church.
- Study the word of God.
Work:
- Wake-up half an hour early for work.
Chores:
- Dry laundry.
- Wash dishes.
Mental Health:
- Email to be registered onto the system.
Communication:
- Stop discussing work with Mom- she shows no interest.
- Write in your journal.
Take Care of Yourself:
- Apply cream to bites.
- Wash hair.
- Get hair done in braids.
Make-up:
- Wear highlighter with glossy lips for a make-up look.
Reflection Time:
- Think about the time that others take out of their day to spend on you.
Your Ideal Bedtime Routine:
- My favourite dish.
- Watch my favourite show.
- A nice, relaxing epsom salt bath without any disturbances.
- Pamper my skin with exfoliation and body cream.
- Face mask.
- Paint nails.
- Watch a really good movie.
- Eat nice snacks.
- Get good rest.
