Work Routine
Get Into Bed By 1am.
Organisation
- Organise coats and bags.
Work Chores
- Empty handbag.
- Wash work clothes.
- Plan and pack work lunch.
- Check work emails and reply to them.
Mental Health
- Reply to email.
- Take the depression course.
Pamper Yourself
- Get your pampering kit ready for valentines day.
- Make a note of the date in your diary.
Plan Meals
- Incorporate more fish into your diet, such as tuna.
- Plan meals with what you have in the house.
- Plan meals with what is compatible for your health.
- Get meal ideas from social media and videos.
Look for another job.
- Decide on what type of job you want.
- What type of skills you want to do in a new job.
- Make job goals.
- Look for jobs (a second job-if possible).
- Watch Nathaniel's videos.
- Read forum board answers on skills.
Create a new savers account
- Draw out money for bills.
- Draw out money for shopping.
- Organise finances.
Write A List Of People To Pull Back From And Why
- Determine your needs and put them first for once.
- Pull back your energy.
Plan Work Lunch Meals.
- I want to start getting creative for my lunch meals.
- I want to start eating healthy.
Decide If You Want To Join The Gym
- Start working out at home.
- Consider all your body joints/groups that need work/exercise.
- Help your friend to register at the gym next week.

- I need a flexible transport instead of just public transport.

- Watch motivation videos, such as: spiritual Church videos and psychology videos.

- Spray on coconut perfume for bed.
- Organise the contents into my room.
- Organise bedroom.
Photography
- I want to start taking great photographs of myself for photography/modelling purposes.
- Attend to more hobbies.
My Ideal Morning:
- Get good sleep, the night before.
- Check if laundry is dry.
- Do skincare.
- Eat a healthy breakfast.
- Drink a glass of water.
- Have a pampering bath, using one of my self-care products.
- Do a mini workout.
- Watch a cool video/motivating video/a life vlog video that makes me happy.
- Start my day :)
