My Expectations for Week 2- (1st Nov 21 - 7th Nov 21)
Hey Guys,
Here are my expectations for the week:
Interview:
Their Expectations:
- That I know about the company.
- That I know the services they offer, such as insurance, leisure and lifestyle, travel insurance, driving school and finance.
- That I give them enough detail on the interview (with my answers).
My Expectation:
- I will do well on the interview
- I will get a quiet house for an hour, during the interview.
- I will get the job.
Outcome:
- Learn definitions of words that I don’t know.
- I will be prepared for the interview.
- Find out when they will let you know whether you've got the job.
- I will find out their start date.
Processes:
- Read about the company on their website.
- Make notes about what I learnt.
- Read over their email to prepare.
- Write down practice answers, using the STAR method.
- Receive their text for the code; to enter the video call.
Prior To Role Play:

- Ask interviewer- am I allowed to use the £30 disposal, when can you use it? and what circumstances can it be used for?
Role Play:
Outcome:
- To Reassure the customer.
- Give customer exceptional service.
- Show your ability to listen, empathise, reassure and clearly explain everything that’s going to happen.
- Show that you can deal with the problem without any assistance.
- Make notes on how to reassure the unhappy customer.
- Be prepared for customers that will be upset/ angry/ panicked.
- Keep calm during the whole phone call.
- Reassure the customer that you can help them, by finding out what is the issue.
- Write out points of what to do/say to the customer during the beginning of the role play.
- Put the customer on quick hold to call the patrol for updates when necessary.
- End the call with letting the customer know that if they do need to contact me again, please do not hesitate to do so.
- Introduce by asking what's the problem, how can I help? and let me see what I can do for you. And ask them; how long have you been waiting?
- I should have replied to their email.
- I will inform them about why I did not get back to them and that I apologise that I missed the training.
New Job

- I come in early for a coffee and a chit chat.
My Expectations:
- I will be ready on time.
- Everything packed the night before, such as I.d and packed lunch.
- Wear a tiny bit of make-up.
Processes:
- Plan and put outfit in wardrobe.
- Decide on what bag to use for the job.
- Gather loose change for the bus.
- Wake up at 7:00am.
- Be ready by 9:00am.
- Leave out at 9:17am to get there in time for 10:00am
- Put on a little bit of pink eye-shadow.
- Politely decline the offer.
- Read emails they have sent.
- Gather loose change for the bus.

Outcome:
- Use banana, kale and spinach in your smoothie.
Processes:
- Make a blueberry, banana, kale and spinach smoothie.
- Throw out yoghurt.
- Buy a new yoghurt.
Clean-up
Expectation:
- Change bedding by tonight.
- Dry laundry.
Night
Expectation:
- My hands will start to look better soon.
- Eat an orange at night.
- I will go to bed early and sleep.
Process:
- Moisturise hands.
- Get good rest.
- Dry laundry.
Make-up Look
Expectation:
- Do make-up look on Wednesday.
Process:
- Complete a make-up look before/ on Saturday.
