May Plan- Week 3
Hi Everyone,
What are your weekly plans in May? I want to start doing a monthly plan; to keep myself on track with my goals. My focus for this week is as follows:-
Sleep at Midnight:
- Bath early.
- Bedtime start at 11pm.
- Be in bed at midnight.
- Put phone down.
Wake Up at 6am:
- Start work.
- Read about psychology.
- Watch psychology videos.
- Look at free courses.
- Apply for a 2nd job.
- Read about HR Assistant jobs and skills.
Take Care of Yourself:
- Leg exercises in the morning.
- Cleaning in the house.
- Eat healthy- fruits especially (and veg).
Future Goals:
- Look for a 2nd new job.
- Life at 50 challenge.
This Weeks Challenge:
- Wash and condition hair.
- Blow dry and straighten it!
- Plan my future.
- Deliver parcel.
- Receive parcel.
- Organise layering lab.
