Goals

 Goals:-

  • Keep hydrated.
  • Work on your posture.
  • Get rid of a runny nose.

Aim:-

  • Replenish fluid loss from cold.
  • Do a plank 2x a week.

Drinking Water:

Casa:

  • Drink water with breakfast.
  • Drink water with lunch.
  • Drink water with dinner.

Trabajo:

  • Drink water with lunch.

A el:

  • Drank water with tablet.

Strengthen Back and Abs:

Casa:

  • Do a mini youtube workout in the mornings, along with stretches.
  • Do a plank 2x a week.
