This is my goals for the week:
Sleep With the Intention of Waking up to Apply to Jobs
- Check emails and check junk mail.
- Study to improve employment.
- Work on my dream career!
Request Bank Details For 2nd Bank- Halifax
- Sort out/request bank details to organise finance.
- Update spendings list.
- Give my sister back her cash.
Call Dentist
- Inform dentist that I am unable to afford a dentist appointment.
- Brush teeth 3 times a day.
- Organise bedroom.
Eat Early
I want to be able to sleep early- so I do not want to be drinking fluids too late.
Write in Journal at 2am
- Get ready for bed before 2am.
- Shut down laptop.
- Brush teeth.
- Say a prayer.
- Sleep at consistent times.
Watch Soaps.
- Watch 6 episodes of Enders.

Morning Routine
- Start my day off on a positive note.
- Make the bed.
Tidy-up
- Disinfect and put away.
Exercise
- Do exercises that target cellulite.
- Eat healthy.
Hair
- Braid hair in single plaits.
Meal Plans
- Plan meals from the cupboard.
- Go grocery shopping.
- Make a salad bowl.
- Start a new diet for hair growth.
Social Media
- Reply to make-up comments.
- De-clutter phone.
Work
- Make a to-do list of work to do and prosecute it every morning/afternoon.
Attend Free 5 day course
- Work on/journal self development/ work on blog posts.
