  • Avocado.
  • Almond nuts.
  • Banana.
  • Drink more water.

In season:

  • Carrots.
  • Spinach.

Daily:-

Morning:

  • Spray braids.
  • Drink water.

Afternoon:

  • Spray braids.
  • Drink water.
  • Exercise.

Evening:

  • Drink water

Night:

  • Catch up on sleep.

Goals:

  • Grow hair.
  • Work on your health.
  • Eat a balanced diet.

Circulation:

  • Exercise.

Next Month: May:

  • Change hairstyle.

Boyfriend likes:

  • Red.
  • Blue.
  • Pink.
  • Bright colours.

This Week:

  • Clean bedroom.
  • Take a break from your phone for 1 day.
  • Delete pictures, messages or emails.
  • Price up items to sell.

Monday:

Face mask. Full face of make-up.

Tuesday:

Full face of make-up.
